The hosting provider may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. No advertising tracker or customer database has been added by the project.
Administrative contact
Emails or calls sent voluntarily to Joshua may include the sender’s contact details and message. They will be used to respond to the inquiry and administer the project. The channel is intended for vendors, licensed partners, counsel, and business contacts—not mortgage applications.
Property and prospect research
The project may evaluate lawfully obtained public property records and contracted business-provider data. A public record, phone append, or list entry does not establish consent to call or text. No record becomes outreach-ready without an identified seller, documented purpose, authorized channel, suppression screening, and required consent or other lawful basis.
